Amendment of Schedule 2 to the principal Rules
53. Schedule 2 to the principal Rules (security categories) is amended by inserting between the entries for categories C and D the following entry:—
| “limited category D | A life prisoner who may participate in activities approved by the Secretary of State for the purposes of testing his suitability to be assigned security category D.”. |
