Amendment of the Prescribed Form Regulations

4.  The Schedule to the Prescribed Form Regulations (prescribed form for owner-occupier’s and tenant’s applications for housing renewal grants) shall be amended as follows:—

(a) in each of the following, namely—

(i) in footnote (c) immediately preceding Part I of the form in the Schedule, in the second paragraph of that footnote,

(ii) in note 17, in the second paragraph, and

(iii) in note 41, in the first paragraph,

for “in Annex J2 to Circular 17/96”, substitute “, as respects England, in Annex J2 to Department of the Environment Circular 17/96 or, as respects Wales, in Annex J2 to Welsh Office Circular 59/96”;

(b) in each of the following, namely—

(i) in question 3.1, and

(ii) in question 3.22,

for “receiving”, substitute “entitled to and receiving”; and

(c) in note 17, in the second paragraph, for “the form in the Schedule”, substitute “this form”.
