1. This Order may be cited as the Birmingham-Great Yarmouth Trunk Road (King’s Lynn Southern Bypass) Order 1971 Partial Revocation Order 1996 and shall come into force on 8th August 1996.
2. The Birmingham-Great Yarmouth Trunk Road (King’s Lynn Southern Bypass) Order 1971(3) is hereby revoked insofar as it authorises the Secretary of State to construct:
(a)that length of new trunk road between a point 310 metres west of the centre of the Hardwick Roundabout (as itself authorised by that Order to be constructed) and its easterly junction with the A47 Trunk Road; and
(b)two routes for slip roads to connect the said Hardwick Roundabout to the length of new trunk road described above and given the reference numbers 11 and 12.
