1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Non–Fossil Fuel Sources) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 17th January 1995.
(2) This Order does not apply to Scotland.
2. In this Order “the principal Order” means the Electricity (Non–Fossil Fuel Sources) (England and Wales) Order 1994(1).
3.—(1) Tables A to G in Schedule 1 (specified aggregate amounts of generating capacity) to the principal Order shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.
(2) In each of Tables A, B, F and G for each of the figures in the column headed 18 there shall be substituted the figure “0.000”.
(3) In Table C for the figures in the column headed 19 there shall be substituted the following figures—

(4) In Table D for each of the figures in the column headed 17 there shall be substituted the figure “0.000”.
(5) In Table E for each of the figures in the column headed 19 there shall be substituted the figure “0.000”.
(6) In each of Tables A to G for the words “period 19 means 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014” there shall be substituted the words “period 19 means 1 April 2013 to 28 August 2013”.
