Amendment of principal Order
3.—(1) Tables A to G in Schedule 1 (specified aggregate amounts of generating capacity) to the principal Order shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.
(2) In each of Tables A, B, F and G for each of the figures in the column headed 18 there shall be substituted the figure “0.000”.
(3) In Table C for the figures in the column headed 19 there shall be substituted the following figures—

| Midlands Electricity Plc | 0.0097 |

| SEEBOARD Plc | 0.0083 |
| Southern Electric Plc | 0.0124 |
| South Wales Electricity Plc | 0.0035 |
| South Western Electricity Plc | 0.0057 |
| Yorkshire Electricity Group Plc | 0.0082 |
(4) In Table D for each of the figures in the column headed 17 there shall be substituted the figure “0.000”.
(5) In Table E for each of the figures in the column headed 19 there shall be substituted the figure “0.000”.
(6) In each of Tables A to G for the words “period 19 means 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014” there shall be substituted the words “period 19 means 1 April 2013 to 28 August 2013”.
