Revocation
2.—(1) The Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in English) Order 1989(1) is revoked.
(2) The Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in English) (No. 2) Order 1990(2) shall cease to apply—
(a)on 1st August 1995 in respect of pupils in the second and third key stages;
(b)on 1st August 1996 in respect of pupils in the first year of the fourth key stage; and
shall be revoked on 1st August 1997.
