The Rent Act 1977 (Forms, etc) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1993(1) (“the Welsh Regulations”) prescribed Welsh versions of forms number 5, 6, 7, 9A, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the Rent Act 1977 (Forms, etc) Regulations 1980(2) as amended by the Rent Act 1977 (Forms, etc) (Amendment) Regulations 1984(3), 1987(4), 1988(5) and 1993(6). These Regulations are made to correct defects in the Welsh Regulations.
