Partial revocation

2.—(1) The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (Wales) Order 1991 is hereby revoked–

(a) with respect to those parts of the designated area numbered 1 of Schedule 1 to that Order which are set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Order; and

(b) with respect to the designated area numbered 14 of Schedule 1 to that Order.

(2) In consequence of that revocation that Order shall be amended as follows–

(a) for paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 there shall be substituted the paragraphs set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Order;

(b) in article 6(1)(a)(i) and 6(1)(b)(i), immediately after the word “1,”, there shall be inserted the word “1A,”; and

(c) the word “14”, in article 6(1)(a)(v) and 6(1)(b)(v) shall be omitted.
