The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Health, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 17(2), 26 and 48(1) of the Food Safety Act 1990(1), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

1990 c. 16; section 4(1) contains a definition of “the Ministers” for the purposes of section 17(2).
