The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1994

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16(2), (3) and (8) and 37(1) and (2) of the Vehicles (Excise) Act 1971(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1971 c. 10. Section 16(3) and (8) was amended by the Finance Act 1986 (c. 41) section 3(7) and Schedule 2, Part I, paragraph 4 and by the Finance Act 1987 (c. 16) section 2(6), Schedule 1, Part II, and Schedule 16. Section 21 was repealed by the Finance Act 1994 (c. 10), Schedule 25. “Prescribed” is defined in section 38(1).
