The West Lindsey National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990(2) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the West Lindsey National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994 and shall come into force on 20th June 1994.

(2) In this Order, unless the context otherwis requires, “the Order”means the West Lindsey National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992(3).

Change in number of directors of NHS Trust

2.  In Article 4 of the Order for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be substituted “4 executive”.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order changes the number of non-executive and executive directors of the West Lindsey National Health Service Trust from five to four in each case.
