2. The Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) Regulations 1989(1) shall be amended as follows—
(a)In regulation 3(1) after the words “section 101(4)”, there shall be added the words “and (4A)(b)(ii)”; and
(b)In regulation 3(2) after the words “section 101(5)”, there shall be added the words “and (5A)(b)(ii)”.
