2. In the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990(1) (“the Act of 1990”) in section 31(1) (which applies section 9 of the Industry Act 1975(2) in relation to Scottish Enterprise as it applies in relation to the National Enterprise Board) for the words “it applies in relation to that Board” there shall be substituted “if any reference in that section to the Board were a reference to Scottish Enterprise”.
