1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Community Transit) (No.2) Regulations 1987 (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 13th February 1991.
2. In the Schedule to the Customs and Excise (Community Transit) (No.2) Regulations 1987 (1)–
(a)the reference to article 22 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 222/77(2) in column (2) shall be construed as a reference to that article as amended by article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 474/90(3), and
(b)for the words “Carrier to give each office of transit a transit advice note” in column (3) there shall be substituted the words “Carrier to give each specified office of transit a transit advice note”.
