The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(1) and (7) and 4(1) and (2)(b) of the Industrial Training Act 1982(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after carrying out by him of consultations in accordance with section 1(4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:—
(1)
1982 c. 10; sections 1(4) and (7) and 4(2)(b) were amended by the Employment Act 1989 (c. 38); section 1(4) was substituted by section 23; section 1(7) was amended by section 22(4) and Schedule 4, paragraph 1(4); and section 4(2)(b) was substituted by section 24(2).
