The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(2), (4) and (5) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the approval of the Treasury(2), hereby makes the following Regualtions:

1971 c. 56; section 13(2) was amended by the Superannuation Act 1972 (c. 11), section 29 and Schedule 6, paragraph 88.
