1. This Order may be cited as the A3 Trunk Road (Robin Hood Way, Kingston upon Thames) (Prohibition of Use of Gap in Central Reservation) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 24th January 1990.
2. In this Order–
“Robin Hood Way” means that length of the London–Portsmouth Trunk Road (A3) in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames known as Robin Hood Way; and
“central reservation” means that part of Robin Hood Way which separates the two carriageways of Robin Hood Way for the safety and guidance of vehicles using that road.
3. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle proceeding in Robin Hood Way to enter or proceed through the gap in the central reservation which lies opposite number 62 Robin Hood Way.
