Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Self-Governing Schools etc. (Scotland) Act 1989 (Commencement) Order 1990.
2. The provisions of the Self-Governing Schools etc. (Scotland) Act 1989 listed in the following table shall come into force on 1st February 1990:–

| Schedule 10, paragraphs 1, 2 and 8(7), (9), (10), (11), (13), (14), (15), (16), (17), (18), (19), (20) and (21) | Minor and consequential amendments |
