1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries and Diseases) Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 12th February 1990.
2. Regulation 13 of the Social Security (Industrial Injuries and Diseases) Miscellaneous Provisions Regulations 1986(1) (transitional provisions in relation to delayed claims for disablement benefit) shall cease to have effect.
