1. These Regulations may be cited as the Home Loss Payment (Specification of Amount) (Scotland) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st April 1989.
2. For section 28 of the Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1973((1)) there shall be substituted the following:—
The amount of a home loss payment shall be £1,500.” .
3. Section 30(4) of the Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1973 is hereby repealed.
4. The Home Loss Payments (Scotland) Order 1978((2)) and the Home Loss Payments (Scotland) Order 1985((3)) are hereby revoked.
