The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of and Schedule 3 to the Public Expenditure and Receipts Act 1968(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1968 c. 14; Schedule 3 was amended by section 116(1) of and paragraph 21 of Schedule 9 to the Friendly Societies Act 1974 (c. 46), by section 1(3) of and paragraph 33 of Schedule 2 to the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1975 (c. 18) and by section 136(2) of and paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 (c. 44)
