Consequential changes of electoral arrangements

5.  The area described in the Schedule to this Order (being the area transferred by article 4 of this Order)—

(a)shall cease to form part of electoral division 48 (Garleton) of Lothian Region((1)) and of ward 13 (Lammermuir) of East Lothian District((2)); and

(b)shall form part of electoral division 44 (Mayfield/Gorebridge) of Lothian Region and of ward 15 (Pathhead) of Midlothian District((3)).

The electoral divisions of Lothian Region were constituted by S.I. 1978/418, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.

The wards of East Lothian District were constituted by S.I. 1979/1402, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
