The Social Security Act 1986 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1986

15th November 1986
The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 88(1) of the Social Security Act 1986(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:–
(1)
section 83(1) provides for section 166(1) to (3A) of the Social Security Act 1975 (c.14) (extent of powers) to apply to the powers conferred by section 88(1).
