In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 65(7) of the Criminal Law Act 1977, I hereby make the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Law Act 1977 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1977.
2. The provisions of the Criminal Law Act 1977 specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the matters specified in column 2 thereof) shall come into force on 8th September 1977, in addition to the provisions coming into force on that date by virtue of the Criminal Law Act (Commencement No. 1) Order 1977(1)
