4. For Regulation 14(3) of the principal Regulations (women's regional conferences) there shall be substituted the following provisions:—
“(3) From each police force in the region in question which has an authorised establishment which includes two hundred or more women of all ranks there shall be three additional delegates to a conference held under this Regulation, one such delegate being elected from among their own number by the women holding, respectively, the rank of inspector, sergeant and constable in the force in question.
(4) Schedule 2 shall have effect in relation to the proceedings of a women's regional conference and Schedule 3 shall have effect in relation to such a conference.”.
