3. The provisions of Part I of the Act shall apply to any pension granted under the scheme constituted by the Overseas Service Pensions (Scheme and Fund) Regulations 1966(1) under section 2(3) of the Overseas Pensions Act 1973 as if the pension were an official pension specified in Part I of Schedule 2 to the Act:
