7. A pension payable under—
(a)section 1 of the Sheriffs' Pensions (Scotland) Act 1961 (salaried sheriffs); or
(b)Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a salaried sheriff.
