2.—(1) The name “The Girl Guides Association” and the special names and designations specified in paragraph 1 of the Schedule hereto, being special names and designations used by the association for members thereof or for members of any organisation constituted by the association in pursuance of their Charter, are hereby protected under the Chartered Associations (Protection of Names and Uniforms) Act 1926.
(2) The badges to be worn with uniform and the badges to be worn without uniform used by the said association specified respectively in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Schedule hereto are hereby protected under the said Act.
