“THE FOREIGN COMPENSATION COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) RULES, 1958
The Foreign Compensation Commission in exercise of their powers under section 4 of the Foreign Compensation Act, 1950, hereby make the following Rules:—
1. These Rules may be cited as the Foreign Compensation Commission (Amendment) Rules, 1958.
2. Nothing in the Foreign Compensation Commission Rules, 1956(1), shall apply to claims under the Foreign Compensation (Czechoslovakia) Order in Council, 1950(2), or the Foreign Compensation (Yugoslavia) Order in Council, 1950(3), and the Foreign Compensation Commission Rules, 1950(4), shall apply, and be deemed always to have applied, to any claim under either of the said Orders in Council.
The Seal of the Foreign Compensation Commission was hereunto affixed this 26th day of November, 1958.
