Inclosure Act 1852

1. Introductory Text

2. I. No Lands to be inclosed without the previous Authority of Parliament.

3. II. Outfall Drains. Drains, &c. may be made in Lands out of the Parish in which the Lands to be inclosed are situate.

4. III. Remedy in case of Nonpayment of Expenses.

5. IV. Sale of Land directed to be inclosed. Meeting to consent to Sale.

6. V. Meeting of Persons interested to determine Appropriation of Surplus.

7. VI. Resolutions at such Meeting to be confirmed by Commissioners.

8. VII. Second Meeting may be held.

9. VIII. Appropriation of Surplus if Resolutions disallowed.
