Civil List Act 1837

XI Provisions of all former Civil List Acts to remain in force for the Purposes of this Act, except as hereby altered.

And whereas Doubts may be entertained whether the Provisions of the Acts relating to the Civil List Revenues have expired with the Civil List Revenue of His late Majesty King William the Fourth, by the Decease of His late Majesty; be it therefore enacted and declared, That all the Provisions, Regulations, Restrictions, Clauses, Matters, and Things contained in the said recited Acts, or any or either of them, which were applicable and in force as to the Civil List Revenues at the Time of the Decease of His said late Majesty, shall, so far as the same are not altered, varied, or repealed by this Act, be, and remain and continue, and are hereby declared to be in full Force and Effect as to the Civil List Revenue granted by this Act, and shall be used and applied so far as the same are applicable, in relation to the issuing, paying, receiving, Distribution, Care, Management, Regulation, and accounting for the Civil List Revenue granted by this Act, as fully and effectually to all Intents and Purposes as if the same were severally, separately, and respectively repeated and re-enacted in the Body of this Act and made Part thereof.
