Powers of Acts as to Hereditary Revenues to remain in force.
II.Hereditary Revenues carried to the Consolidated Fund during the Life of Her Majesty ; After Her Demise the Hereditary Revenues to be payable to Her Successors.
III.The clear yearly Sum of 385,000l. to be paid out of the Consolidated Fund for the Support of Her Majesty's Household, and of the Honour and Dignity of the Crown.
IV.So much of the Sum of 200,000l. granted to make Civil List Payments as shall have been so applied shall be repaid out of the Money granted for the Civil List by this Act.
V.1200l. a Year to be issued to defray the Charge of Pensions.
VI.Restriction on Grants of Pension. List of Pensions to be laid before Parliament yearly.
IX.Treasury may direct Savings in any Class to be applied at the End of the Year in aid of other Classes.
X.In case of Exceedings, Particulars to be laid before Parliament.
XI.Provisions of all former Civil List Acts to remain in force for the Purposes of this Act, except as hereby altered.
XII.This Act not to affect certain Powers relating to the small Branches of Hereditary Revenue.
XVI.Providing for Issue to Marquis Camden under 59 G.3 C. 43.
