1Increase of financial limit
In section 18(3) of the [1975 c. 70.] Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (financial limit for the Agency), for the words “£450 million” there shall be substituted the words “£700 million”.
2Short title and extent
(1)This Act may be cited as the Welsh Development Agency Act 1988.
(2)This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
