The Secretary of State makes this Order, with the approval of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by paragraph 10(2) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985(1).
A draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with paragraph 10(5) of Schedule 1 to that Act.
