Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Films (Definition of “British Film”) (No. 2) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st January 2007 or, if later, the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) “The Schedule” means Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985, and a reference to a numbered paragraph is a reference to the paragraph bearing that number in the Schedule.
