Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the M8 Motorway (Junction 10 Westerhouse Slip Roads) (Speed Limit) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 13th March 2011.
(2) In these Regulations “M8 Motorway” means the M8/A8 Edinburgh-Greenock Trunk Road.
Restriction of Speed
2. No person is to drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30mph on those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to these Regulations.
