“secure accommodation service” is defined in paragraph 6 of schedule 12 to the 2010 Act.

“offender accommodation service” is defined in paragraph 7 of schedule 12 to the 2010 Act.

(5)

“child minding” is defined in paragraph 12 of schedule 12 to the 2010 Act.
