The Scottish Register of Tartans Fees Order 2009

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1) and (4)(b) of the Scottish Register of Tartans Act 2008(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 14(3) of that Act the Scottish Ministers have consulted the Keeper of the Scottish Register of Tartans(2).

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Scottish Register of Tartans Fees Order 2009 and comes into force on 5th February 2009.

Fees payable

2.  The fee payable to the Keeper of the Scottish Register of Tartans under a provision of the Scottish Register of Tartans Act 2008 specified in column 1 of the Schedule in respect of the matter specified in relation to it in column 2 of the Schedule shall be the fee specified in relation to it in column 3 of the Schedule.

SCHEDULE FEES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE SCOTTISH REGISTER OF TARTANS

This Order sets out the fees payable for services provided by the Keeper of the Scottish Register of Tartans.
