Article 2
For paragraph 2(d)(i) of Part II of Schedule 1 to the principal Order, substitute–
“(i)on the north, from the point national grid reference NS652 326 and continuing generally in an easterly direction, following the line of the boundary between Cumnock and Doon Valley District and East Kilbride District, to the summit of Bibblon Hill; then in a southerly direction to the point national grid reference NS663 315; then in a south-easterly direction to the Back Burn; then, following the line of the said Burn, to the point of intersection with a roadway at point national grid reference NS673 287; then, following the line of the said roadway, in a south-westerly direction to the point national grid reference NS669 285; then in a southerly direction to the point national grid reference NS670 285; then continuing in an easterly direction to the point national grid reference NS675 285; then in a southerly direction to Greenock Water at the point national grid reference NS674 284; then in a south-westerly direction, following the line of the said Greenock Water, to the point national grid reference NS670 282; then in a westerly and southerly direction following the northern and western boundaries of the Burnfoot Moor Plantation to the point of intersection with an unnamed burn at point national grid reference NS663 277; then in a generally northerly and westerly direction, following the line of the said burn, to its junction with the said Greenock Water; then in a westerly direction, following the line of the said Greenock Water, to its junction with Polkeboch Burn; then in a north-easterly direction following the said Polkeboch Burn to the point national grid reference NS652 298; then in a northerly direction to the point national grid reference NS652 326.”.
