1. This Act of Adjournal—
(a)may be cited as the Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules Amendment No.2) (Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001) 2002;
(b)shall come into force on 4 March 2002; and
(c)shall be inserted in the Books of Adjournal.
2. In rule 43.2(1) (applications under the Terrorism Act 2000 or Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001) of the Criminal Procedure Rules 1996(1), omit sub-paragraphs (f) to (j).
