The Lord Justice General, the Lord Justice Clerk and the Lords Commissioners of Justiciary in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 305 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:
1. This Act of Adjournal—
(a)may be cited as the Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules Amendment No.2) (Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001) 2002;
(b)shall come into force on 4 March 2002; and
(c)shall be inserted in the Books of Adjournal.
2. In rule 43.2(1) (applications under the Terrorism Act 2000 or Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001) of the Criminal Procedure Rules 1996(2), omit sub-paragraphs (f) to (j).

This Act of Adjournal amends the Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules) 1996 (“the principal Rules”).
Paragraph 2 omits from rule 43.2(1) of the principal Rules provision in relation to applications to the High Court of Justiciary under Schedule 1 to the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 in connection with terrorist cash.
