The Department for Communities(1) makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 64(1), 70(4), 71(6) and 171(1) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(2), and now vested in it(3), and Articles 5 and 82(3) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015(4).
