The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 65(1), 67(1)(i) and (j) and 110(2) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(1).
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Testing) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 and shall come into operation on 6th April 2015.
2.—(1) The Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(2) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) Omit regulation 21 (display of certificates).
(3) In Schedule 4(3) (form of goods vehicle test certificate)—
(a)omit Part 2; and
(b)for “PART 3” substitute “PART 2”.

These Regulations amend the Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 to remove the requirement to display a vehicle test disc.
