1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agriculture (Student fees)(Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 and shall come into operation on the 1st September 2014.
2. The Agriculture (Student fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007(3) shall be amended as provided by regulations 3 and 4.
3. In regulation 4 (1)(4) for “£1,425” substitute “£1,465”:
4. In regulation 5(2)(5) for “£700” substitute “£720”.

These Regulations amend the Agriculture (Student fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007.
These Regulations increase the level of fee to be paid by persons undertaking a course of higher education provided by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development as set out in Regulations 3 and 4.
