The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety(1) in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 9(1) and (4) of and paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Deregulation and Contracting Out (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(2) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, after open and transparent public consultation, makes the following Order.
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Deregulation (Improvement of Enforcement Procedures) (Food Safety) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014 and comes into operation on 17th February 2014.

2. The Deregulation (Improvement of Enforcement Procedures) (Food Safety) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(3) is revoked.

This Order revokes the Deregulation (Improvement of Enforcement Procedures) (Food Safety) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 (S.R. 1996 No. 579).
