2.—(1) The Pharmaceutical Regulations are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1) (Interpretation), omit the definition of “the Charges for Drugs and Appliances Regulations”(1).
(3) For regulation 4(2)(c)(i) (Additional professional services), substitute—
“(i)who is aged 60 or over; or”.
(4) In Schedule 2, omit paragraphs 2(2B)(2) and 14A(3).
S.R. 2005 No.231 substituted this definition for the definition of “the Charges Regulations” previously inserted by S.R. 1999 No. 254
Paragraph 2(2B) was inserted into Schedule 2 by S.R. 1999 No. 254 regulation 2(4) and substituted by S.R. 2005 No. 231 regulation 13(3)(e)
Paragraph 14A was inserted into Schedule 2 by S.R. 1999 No. 254 regulation 2(5) and amended by S.R. 2002 No.397 regulation 3(c) and S.R. 2005 No. 231 regulation 13(11)
