Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Pig Production Development (Levy) Revocation Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
Revocation
2. The Pig Production Development (Levy) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 (3) is revoked.
Sealed with the Official Seal of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development on 24th January 2008.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order.)
This Order revokes the Pig Production Development (Levy) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 with effect from 31 March 2008. The Pig Production Development Committee (Winding Up) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 (SR (NI) 2007 No 354) provides for the dissolution of the Committee on the same date.
