The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) of the Housing (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006(1):
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Amendment) (2006 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007.
Appointed Day
2. Article 3 of, and the Schedule to, the Housing (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 shall come into operation on 1st April 2007.
Sealed with the Official Seal of the Department for Social Development on 25th January 2007.

This Order brings the remaining provisions of the Housing (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 into operation on 1st April 2007.
