5.—(1) The Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995(1) shall be modified in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 3.
(2) The Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995(2) shall be modified in accordance with the provisions of Part II of Schedule 3.
(3) The Food Safety (Fishery Products and Live Shellfish) (Hygiene) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998(3) shall be modified in accordance with the provisions of Part III of Schedule 3.
