Coming into operation
25th March 1997
The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 46(3) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Department of Economic Development, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Revocation
1. These Regulations revoke the Licensing (Requirements for Accommodation for Guests) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1988(2).
